STUDENTS MUST STAY WITH CHAPERONES UNTIL AFTER WE PERFORM!  Friends and family may also join a group but they must stay with the chaperone until after we sing.

8:00-9:00 a.m. | Students are picked up by bus and travel to Knott's.  Students meet up with chaperones and any family members joining at the park.
  • Chaperones meeting us at the park should plan to meet us in the main parking lot at 9:30.  
  • Parents joining their child's chaperoned group should meet us at the front gate.

10:00 a.m. | Knott's Berry Farm opens; chaperoned groups may enter the park

11 a.m. | Groups meet 
at the Wagon Camp Stage

11:30 a.m. | Performance time with Music in Motion Honor Choir!

12:00 p.m. | Students are released to chaperones.  Students can be checked out to someone listed on their transportation release.  Parents can check out medical items if they didn't bring any of their own for their child.  Students who are not checked out remain with chaperones.

7:00 p.m. | 
Students returning by bus should be brought to front of the park at the exit gate and meet Mrs. Bird. 

7:15 p.m. | Mrs. Bird and students who were not checked out after the performance depart by bus back to La Verne Heights Elementary School.

8:00-8:15 p.m. (approximately) | Students arrive at La Verne Heights Elementary School.  Mrs. Bird will send arrival time updates via Remind.
