Student medication and/or devices will be sent with Mrs. Bird to Knott's by the school nurse and given to chaperones for use during the day as necessary.
If your child is riding the bus home, their chaperone will give any medication and/or devices to Mrs. Bird before leaving the park.
If you are joining us at the park and checking your child out after the 11:30 a.m. performance, your chaperone will transfer your child's medication and/or device to you. It is the parent's responsibility to return the medication and/or device the following Monday morning.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let Mrs. Bird know and we will work together to ensure your child is given the care they need.
